Hello, my name is Erin Walsh. I am a special education teacher at Saraland Elementary School. I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana.  At the age of two my family moved to Jackson, Mississippi.  In 1981 I graduated from St. Joseph High School in Jackson.  From there I attended LSU and graduated with a BS in Special Education.  I have twenty four years of experience in teaching including, preschool, gymnastics and special education.  I have been married for 25 years and have two children.  My oldest son is 22 and attends LSU.  My youngest son is 20 and attends LSU.  Besides spending time with family and friends, my favorite pasttimes are reading and TENNIS, TENNIS, TENNIS!!!!!  It is a blessing to be at Saraland for this incredible experience as a new school system.
